Hiiiii! Wow, wow, wow -- Vancouver is a beautiful place. Honestly, the city reminded me of Seattle with beautiful views overlooking water, mountains, hiking options galore and a relaxed waterside city vibe.

My favorite memory: kayaking with Deep Cove Kayak. We kayaked the Indian Arm, making our way to a little Island where you could dock, swim, hike through some rainforest-like terrain to a lighthouse and even CAMP!! It rained a bit on our trip, but the water was incredibly still and the mountains and shoreside houses were intertwined with the most beautiful misty fog. If you looked down out of your kayak, you could see 2-7 jellyfish at any given time floating next to you. WHAT! They were beautiful, but I was not about to let my boat tip into that water.

We also went on a tough hike, which had quite a steep incline the entire way to the top of Grouse Mountain.

Annnnnnd our hotel room had some of the best views in town overlooking the water, seaplanes and bustling Vancouver city dwellers.

Granville market reminded me of Pike Place Market in Seattle -- full of local food delights and shopowners selling their wares. We found this awesome wall:
